Adjustment Eligibility

Unsatisfactory Experience: If, within the first session of engaging in our services, you perceive the experience as unsatisfactory and feel that it does not align with your expectations, we offer the option to adjust the amount paid towards any other services.

Non-Delivery of Agreed Services: In the event that we fail to deliver the coaching services as outlined in the agreed-upon terms and conditions, a refund may be applicable.
Adjustment Process

Notification: To request an adjustment, kindly notify us in writing via email at contactus@birdmois.com within 30 days of initiating the BIRD Service.

Explanation: Please provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

Adjustment Decision: If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will adjust the amount paid, which can be utilized for any other services or future coaching sessions.
Non-Adjustable Situations

Change of Mind: Adjustments will not be granted due to a change of mind or circumstances beyond our control.

No Guaranteed Results: As our coaching services do not promise guaranteed results, adjustments will not be provided based on the achievement or non-achievement of specific outcomes.
