She holds an MBA in Marketing from India, HR certifications from the Institute of HR Professionals, Singapore (iHRP-CP), and a Career Advisor accreditation from Workforce Singapore (WSG). As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she helps clients tackle challenges and achieve their goals. Inspired by her relocations and career transitions, Shakun founded BIRD Migrant Onboarding & Integration Services in February 2024 to empower new migrants in Australia. Through ReInvention Coaching, she helps clients overcome limiting beliefs and embrace a growth mindset.
